Of Screaming Eagles and other foods of yore

There is a wonderful article by Sam Sifton in today's NYT on making a Screaming Eagle. I won't describe it save to say that the article is, in large part, about those great things we ate in college back when we could and not suffer the consequences. Suffice to say, it's nostalgia plus food with a high yum quotient. Take a look.

I initially thought you were going tell us you tried this Screaming Eagle.
