Recipes: Printer's Row Book Fair (Wiviott)

Sunday I gave a cooking demo at the Printer's Row Book Fair, Toasted Pepper Orange marinated Pork Skewers and Tangy 7-Pepper BBQ Sauce. I brought printed recipes, but ran out and said I would post them to LTHForum and the WSM 5-Step.

The sauce is a favorite I have been making for years, skewers a recent recipe I thought would be complimented by the BBQ sauce. If you try one or both please let me know how you liked them.
