A co-worker mentioned that she'd tasted a wonderful veal neckbone based sause/gravy. Where can I purchase some veal neckbones. I can imagine the taste of a veal and pork neckbone combo would be real tasty.

I would imagine that most full service butcher shops either have them or could order them on short notice. Call Paulina Meat Market, for example. I bought pork neck bones at Whole Foods. They also sell veal, so I'm sure they could order veal neck bones.

Not sure where you live but Marketplace on Oakton has them from time to time.

Treasure Island Foods opened a store in your area. They have ordered in bones for me when I make brown stock. Give them a call.

Fresh Farms in Niles had a ton of them yesterday. I've also seen them at Azur Meat Market on Lawrence.
