Better get your pork butts now -- they're going away!

According to Reuters, the beef and pork industry are renaming things to decrease customer confusion.

Pork Butts will now be Boston Roast
Pork Chops will now be Porterhouse Chops, Rib Eye Chops or New York Chops
boneless shoulder top blade steak will become a flatiron steak
beef under blade boneless steak will become a Denver Steak

interesting, this might be a problem for the folks who buy their meat from tyson or smithfield in cryovac or styrofoam tray form.

Pretty sure the cats I go to will still give me pork butts when I refer to them as such.

My guess is that the newly named cuts will be more expensive than the they were before the rename.
