It's not explicitly stated, but it looks (after reading again, and again, after making WAY too wet a dough) that you only use 1/2 cup of the green curry paste, saving the rest for some other use. I used all of it. First the 1/2 cup mixed with the cream, then adding the remaining.
Oh well. I put the very very wet dough into a bundt pan. It smells good, but I guess it will be more like a cake or something.
