Recipe fail

It's probably more like "recipe reading fail" because I'm not sure if it's the recipe or my reading of it.

Had these wonderful scones in San Francisco, and wanted to replicate them at home

Problem 1 is not being able to find coconut puree. I
It's not explicitly stated, but it looks (after reading again, and again, after making WAY too wet a dough) that you only use 1/2 cup of the green curry paste, saving the rest for some other use. I used all of it. First the 1/2 cup mixed with the cream, then adding the remaining.

Oh well. I put the very very wet dough into a bundt pan. It smells good, but I guess it will be more like a cake or something.
