Where can a gal buy a roasting rack? The kind that lies flat but can be hoisted into a V-shape to support a roast or turkey. I checked Jewel and both Target's, Schweppes', and NW Cutlery's websites and came up empty. All I want is this piece, not the roasting pan to go with it. I'd even take a flat one if need be but I'd prefer the bendy kind.

    Thanks!

They do have racks, but not the folding ones. Good idea though, thanks!

Did you look on amazon or google shopping, or are you only interested in local stores?

This one seems to fit the bill: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0026FDCXO

Only local. I'd prefer to use it tomorrow night. But yes, that's not only fits the bill, it's the one I used to have. I tossed it because the coating was wearing off.

Sur la Table has them online, at least. Don't know how convenient their store is for you, though.

    Hi,

I have one or two that I bought a long time ago at a hardware store. Both of mine have broken, so they lay flat only.

    Hi,

I was at Dominick's in Lake Bluff where they had one rack of the style you wanted. I bought it for you for the princely sum of roughly $2.75 or so.

If you already made arrangements, I will keep it.

    Regards,
