Hi- I was just visiting Amazon, and on their front page, they have an interesting article about a woman in South Africa, who came up with an idea for a Wonderbag, which is used to retain heat, and so you heat up your pot of food on an open fire, and then you take it off the fire, and let it slow cook in the bag. She came up with this idea, because electricity is often in short supply in Johannesburg, and people often cook over an open fire. These bags are now being sold on Amazon for $50. It seems a little steep for me, but when you buy a bag the person that created these bags, gives a bag away to somebody in South Africa that cannot afford one. Here is a link to the article.
