Sweet Potato Tater Tot Hot Dish

LTH, I need your ideas.

There is a gathering of friends Sunday with a theme of 'Minnesota' foods and I was thinking of making a "Jucy Lucy" Tater Tot Hot Dish but when I was at the grocery store last night I saw sweet potato tater tots and I could not stop thinking about a dessert like hot dish featuring those sweet potato tots. Perhaps a blondie base topped with the sweet potato tots with a bit of maple glaze? I cant put my head around the idea, so all tater tot hot dish concepts welcome. Dessert preferred, but anything would be great.
