Good Food Festival

Was there on the Saturday. According to their site Paul Fehribach from Big Jones gave the demonstration on home made condiments. I seem to remember a woman doing it. She made a pretty good ketchup (catsup) I was wondering if anyone here also saw it and if the know who it was that gave the demo. I would like to get that recipe.
