Former Mama Marinos Restuarant in Skokie

Anyone know of the little store called Mama Marinos on Dempster in Skokie? It closed years ago, due to a fire or something.
Made a spicy chicken grinder that was probably the most delicious thing I've tasted. Anyone tried it or remember it?
The sauce is what made the sandwich. Spicy yet tangy in perfect combination.
I would pay of the recipe for that sauce!
Someone, please help.....
