Anyone have an idea where I might find just plain frozen Bao buns with no filling. I plan to use with some pork belly. Thanks!

I was looking a about a month ago and could not find any in the NW 'burbs (did not go to AH asian market) So, I just made them myself and reheated them at the party on a covered sheet pan with a foil and wet paper towel trough. It worked great and the recipe was pretty easy. I guess I could have driven around all afternoon looking but chose to just make them after I struck out at the local market

    I've purchased them from Tai Nam (frozen) . . . 4925 N. Broadway.

I know I've seen them elsewhere around Broadway/Argyle, and also once in Chinatown.

    OK, you opened the door.

    Cough up the recipe.

I've seen them in the frozen section of H-Mart.
