    These were a "HOT" product, especially in the 70s in restaurants.
    Any idea where you can buy them? Can't find anything on the NET.

    This website leads me to believe that "Canadian baby back ribs" is just another name for baby back ribs (aka loin back ribs, aka loin ribs) ...

    Look at my post again. Canadian baby back ribs are just baby back ribs. Any butcher should have them.
