Gourmet Garden, the company that sells ginger and garlic paste in a tube also sells lemongrass paste. Usually by the fresh herbs in the produce section.
The GP wrote:I found the Gourmet Garden tube at Mariano's in Edgewater. That was after trying Golden Pacific, Jewel, and two of the places on Argyle. (Sorry, don't know the names.) I did also buy frozen, minced lemongrass in case I couldn't find the paste. Didn't have time to learn the difference.
