Gourmet Garden, the company that sells ginger and garlic paste in a tube also sells lemongrass paste. Usually by the fresh herbs in the produce section.

I know I've seen it at Mariano's, though it's just enough of a niche item that they don't always stock it. Jewel will also have some on occasion.There are some secrets which do not permit themselves to be told. (Poe)

Post #6 - February 11th, 2015, 2:56 pmI found the Gourmet Garden tube at Mariano's in Edgewater. That was after trying Golden Pacific, Jewel, and two of the places on Argyle. (Sorry, don't know the names.) I did also buy frozen, minced lemongrass in case I couldn't find the paste. Didn't have time to learn the difference.-Mary

Lemongrass paste sometimes includes other ingredients besides lemongrass . . . though the ingredients differ depending upon the recipe/producer.
