A few years ago, I purchased a 25# bag of jumbo, fancy, Virginia peanuts at the Mennonite Relief Sale in Arthur, IL. The peanuts were raw, which I did not realize until later. I roasted them on a sheet pan in my oven 26 minutes at 325F. They were better than any freshly roasted peanuts I have ever had.
Let the peanuts cool down COMPLETELY before eating so that they are crunchy.
