    Dear Friends,

I have a sorbet in my back pocket and maybe a chia shake/pudding with bananas, coconut milk, and dates ( Persian majoon) but I am thinking perhaps something that isn't cold.

I am drawing a blank so I am asking you for your thoughts. I want a recipe that has been tried and is delicious please.

    TIA

    Dear Friends,

Thanks for your suggestions. I went with Cook's Country's Wacky Cake.

And I am doing it again tomorrow with a change.

Thanks. Alas, this is not vegan. I scanned the ingredients and it has both chocolate chips and milk.

Today's wacky cake has been made.

Oops, sorry, the version I used asked for soy milk and carob chips. I made it that way for a friend and it turned out well.

That is good to know! I was reading the recipe and looking for the substitutions and I did not see any mentioned.

I made Wacky Cake again last night and it seemed to go over well.

    Thanks.
