Unique baking request, but not at home

Hi,

My local library will have an event, where they wish to bake cookies or pancakes from acorn flour.

In another era, a volunteer would have likely baked these off at home and bring to the function.

Unfortunately, the library wants these items to come from a bakery or professional kitchen. They will supply the key ingredients, because acorn flour does not fall out of trees.

They are willing to pay to get this done, though they need ideas on where to go to get this accomplished.

Any ideas on who might make a custom small batch?

I suggested BentFork in Highwood, too, because it is just as close as Maria's.

I did think of Dobra, though I wanted to throw out the net to see what other resources.

One person in a different sphere suggested asking a caterer. This opened a few other avenues not considered earlier.
