Tuna Bottarga and Sea Urchin Pesto?

A very good friend who traveled to Sicily brought me a jar of Campo D'Oro Pesto di Bottarga e Ricci (TUNA BOTTARGA & SEA URCHIN PESTO). I am a fan of sea urchins and bottarga but have never used this prepared product. I am looking for recipe ideas. Pasta seems logical but maybe someone has a better idea. Thanks for suggestions.

folded in to scramble eggs? with ricotta or buratta, on a crostini? in a compound butter over a simple grilled fish?

Thank you for the fine suggestions. Tomorrow's meal will include grilled fish with some bottarga/sea urchin butter.
