We are remodeling our kitchen and I am switching over to an induction range.
Since the All-Clad MC2 cookware I bought like 12-15 years ago won't work with induction, I need to replace what I've got.
Does anyone have any experience with the SLT tri-ply cookware ? It 's made in China but is a fraction of the cost of All-Clad even comparing to the 2nds at cookwarenmore (where I got all my stuff to begin with).
This set basically replaces what I have (12" fry/2qt sauce/4qt sauce/3qt saute/6qt deep saute) plus a few more pieces for $479 whereas CnM would be $636 minus the 12" fry which I am trading with a friend to save me that $$
