Central Europeans Ask Why They Get Cheaper Ingredients

Interesting, I didn't realize this kind of thing happened, and in such a close area of geography, although optically I can see there is an assumption that Central Europe is a less affluent part of the globe than Western Europe (or other similar reasons). Anyone have an idea if this happens between regional parts of the U.S.?
