Hi, I'd really appreciate if anyone could help me out with this: I'm throwing a dinner party and plan to make a big couscous with lamb and chicken and a whole lot of tasty market produce.
My problem is finding the actual couscous [pasta]! I used to get it from the bulk food bins at like whole foods, but now all they have is the big israeli couscous, or the dumb tiny boxes. Can anyone recommend a place to find 2 or 3 pounds of it?
