Help finding a mail order Rose Extract

Hello all of you fantabulous people. I want to make Pierre Hermé’s Ispahan Sablés cookies but can not find the Star Kay White rose extract Ms. Dorie Greenspan suggests using. The places online I've found, all seem to be out, with no idea when they will get more.

So, is there another brand you can recommend, and an online source? I say online, as I live in Salem Oregon, so any places local to you, unless they do mail order, wouldn't be a help. I have no experience with rose extract and would prefer to not waste money on an untrusted brand.

The Spice House has Rose water for $4.49 4oz plus shipping. I've used it in Hibiscus tea, Lemonade,and it's also good added to cookies. Not as potent as extract but should do the trick

You can find rose water [and orange blossom water] in nearly any middle eastern food store or in the middle eastern aisle at Fresh Farms. Definitely not a substitute for rose extract (far more dilute). You'd have to use about 3x the liquid volume and reduce the other liquids accordingly (I haven't read the recipe).

And while this is likely nothing close to the hideous Rose biscuits from Reims (no actual rose, just coloring) I certainly hope they taste better.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I don't think rose water would work well. The rose extract is used both to scent the sanding sugar, the dough logs are rolled in, as well as in the dough itself.

I'm ordering some from OliveNation. And I'll post results here, when I get them made.
