Salsa Huichol, a complex cascabel-based sauce from Nayarit, is a favorite of mine too. I don’t think it’s
that hard to find but every time I went looking for it I came up empty. A couple months ago I found it at Fisherman’s Choice, a nice little fish market with a lunch counter in front. It’s a bargain at $0.99 for a 6.5 ounce bottle. Be sure to visit La Fruiteria, across the street.
