Chinese Style Roast Turkey

Just to throw another wrinkle into the Thanksgiving turkey game, how about turkey done in the style of Chinese Roast Duck. It's been a number of years since I've had this, and credit goes to RevrendAndy for, if not the original idea, finding out about these, but these are some damn good turkeys. In the past I've ordered from Sun Wah, Wing Chan does Chinese Style Roast Turkey as well.

Preorder is necessary and make sure you, and whomever you speak to, are on the same page. Lack of mutual language may be a minor problem.
