Winter BBQ Menu

I't's time to break out the smoker for my winter BBQ, brisket, ribs, and beer can chicken. All I need are some good sides, I'm looking for a creamy coleslaw recipie or a store or restaurant coleslaw I can pick up. I was planning on baked beans, smashed potatoes, biscuts and watermelon. I would love to have some corn on the cob, as anyone tried the 4 pak corn at Dominicks I know it's expensive but it's winter and it's once a year, I was thinking, rootbeer floats and strawberry shortcake for dessert. Any other side suggestions would really help me out. Thank You

There are quite a few good BBQ side dish recipes on this site, which you can find through the LTHForum Recipe Index, including annieb's coleslaw (not creamy, but a nice variation), my Moroccan carrot slaw, pdaane's grilled cabbage, and a number of bean, rice and quinoa dishes.

I dunno about corn, watermelon or strawberries at this time of year, though. I think they'd be both expensive and inferior.
