I've tried to find this recipe, but have had no luck so far, and was hoping that someone would be able to help me. In the Chicagoland area, TAC Quick's version comes closest to what I'd like to replicate--a thin, spicy yet sweet sauce, lightly braised chicken, lots of cilantro. Light and very flavorful. Whenever I've tried to copy this, it's been a big dud. Can you help? Thanks!
