Carmelized Pizza crust recipe?

Does anyone know how to make a pizza crust carmelized, like Burt's or Pequod's?

Can't say I'm terribly familiar with these pizze, but caramelization is what happens when you subject sugar to relatively high heat. I suppose it could be as simple as adding sugar to the dough.

If you're talking about the caramelized/burnt cheese, just grate some cheddar and sprinkle it near where the crust meets the pan.
