2 cups pureed lychees (use the fresh ones up first - peel and pit them)
1 cup lychee syrup
4 T lychee liqueur
1/4 cup corn syrup
served with an unused lychee from the can, which I would not do again:
there's food, and then there's food

Post #2 - June 4th, 2006, 9:31 pmAnother source for fresh lychee is Trader Joe's. Just bought 16 ounces from their LaGrange store last week for $3.29 + tax. They are good.
