New Restaurant, old space

What was there was a good neighborhood place, a couple steps up from a diner, with lots of standards like a friday night fish fry, and a couple of curveballs to keep it interesting: cold dandelion greens, moussaka...definitely family dining, though I never went without mine, so it might be different in the late evening....
