My service staff wears a uniform that consists of black pants, black vest, blue button-down oxford shirt, and a tie. The dry cleaner we've been using does not offer laundry service, so the shirts aren't really getting clean. We've also been frustrated with them occasionally losing items, ties coming back with iron marks, etc... Addressing the issues with them brings apologies, but not improvement in service. Can anyone recommend a dry cleaner that offers laundry service as well, and will pick-up/deliver to a Loop location twice a week? My staff is small (10 people,) so I'm not necessarily looking for one of the big boys (Morgan, Denormandie, etc...) Thanks!

Why not use a uniform service like ARAmark or Cintas? They also handle more upscale uniforms as well as the various industrial ones.
