Smoked Heritage Turkeys Available

John Caveny from Caveny Farms has smoked about 12 8-10 pound turkeys. I tasted one and they are absolutely amazing.

The turkeys are Bourbon Red Heritage Turkeys. If you haven't tasted one before, you are in for a treat.

Right now, the turkeys are at Heritage Prairie Market but we can make delieveries if you are interested in having one of these birds. They are selling for 9.99 pound.
