Seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services

It just occured to me - why not post here? My corporate recruiter and Craig's List haven't found the right fit yet.

I have worked in contract foodservice for 5 1/2 years after many years in independent restaurants. I am currently the Director of Dining Services for an upscale senior living facility on the northwest side of Chicago (within the city limits.)

My former assistant has taken a position as a Director and I am looking to replace him. I need someone with healthcare foodservice experience (no exceptions.) Unfortunately, no matter how much fabulous restaurant/hotel/hospitality experience a potential candidate may have, without the healthcare experience, it's a "no-go" with my client.
