Looking for a Restaurant Partner (chain restaurant)

Hello everyone this is peter. We are doing restaurant business a about 20 yrs in chiago and we are doing great currently operating 10 restaurant in chiago. I have been search a lot of source in the restaurant business and currently looking for a great talent chef to be a partner to develop a new restaurant chain business in china. The chef will getting 20% of the share from the company without any cost as long as they show there good talent on the cooking and have knowlage about how to managing the kitchen.
