Sorry for the last minute post, but I own a very small seafood company in South Louisiana and am delivering seafood to St. Louis and Chicago this Wednesday. I grew up the daughter of a commercial fisherman in St. Bernard Parish Louisiana and recently moved back from Chicago. I'll have frozen-fresh shrimp, soft-shell crabs, and crabmeat.
