The Cooking Channel Commercial Shoot

The Cooking Channel is looking for 2 family members for a short (30 second) piece that will air on the network.

We're looking for:
Grandmothers & Grandchildren.
Mom's & Sons (Daughters).
Fathers & Daughters
Older Siblings
Your favorite uncle. . . Basically 2 family members.


If you know anyone who has been wanting to learn a family recipe or to cook, please forward them this email and have them get in contact with me.

We will be filming in CHICAGO on OCTOBER 4th.
We will be starting around 9am and the total time commitment is around 6 hours. This is a PAID opportunity

If you or anyone you know is interested please respond with PHOTOS of both participants and brief story about why they would be good for the piece. Please include the recipe.

Final note:
The recipes must utilize a stove & burner. No grills or smokers please (we are filming indoors).

Um, I'm not clear - do you just need someone as props to photo, or is there some kind of recipe contest?

Actually we're looking for two family members with an interesting story and recipe to be featured in the commercial. They would provide their own recipe and explain what it means to be sharing it with one another.
