Breadcrumb POS Account Executive, Chicago

Description

Breadcrumb is an affordable and powerful iPad-based hospitality point of sale system that has recently teamed with Groupon to create a POS. Breadcrumb POS is a better way for restaurants, cafes, bars and nightclubs to manage orders, employees, payments and reporting.

Primary responsibilities will be:

- Identify and evaluate different potential sales and lead generation channels (both online and offline) and then to devise and implement marketing plans within each viable channel
- Engage with local hospitality organizations to promote Breadcrumb POS
- Convert leads into customers via telephone and in-person conversations
- Develop our online product support community (which includes engaging with and helping customers with support issues)
- Manage an internet search advertising program
- Assist with ongoing customer support needs

Experience:
Ideal candidates will have exposure to early-stage marketing strategies and understand customer acquisition cost metrics.
Past experience with software-as-a-service marketing, internet search advertising optimization or customer support will all be useful, but our number one requirement is someone who is passionate about restaurants.

- Creative and personable
- Experience in B2B sales as well as experience with POS systems
- Enjoy solving problems
- Not intimidated by the phrases "ip address" or "objective-c"
- Always on top of the latest restaurant opening
