We are a culinary/hospitality educational institution looking for a used gueridon (portable flambé cart with rechaud) for use by our students in the preparation of tableside menu items.

Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated. (A tax deduction donation opportunity. We'd also affix a brass plaque of acknowledgement.)
