I've enjoyed Testa produce as well as the Green City Market. Some of the market vendors will deliver to the c afe too.

http://Familyfarmed.org has a lot of links to local producers. I met the people that run the site recently, and they seemed pretty eager to help the local folks. Hope it helps!

I've heard good things about Market Produce, especially for independent restaurants.

We use testa as well and don't have too many issues.

I'd consider comparing your current prices to MT Foodservice. They are a full foodservice company and have never let me down! I love being able to one-stop shop!

mt foodservice is def a good option. If you ever have the time, just go to halsted and randolph and just walk up and down randolph, lake, and fulton. There are a TON of produce companies down there. good luck
