New, Chicago locavore website - LocalYolkel.com

Hey All,

Just wanted to tell you about a new website I am launching today called Local Yolkel (http://www.localyolkel.com), which aims to connect hungry Chicagoans with restaurants and other food-related businesses that serve locally grown foods. The site provides a comprehensive directory of restaurants, grocers, bakeries, caterers and cooking classes that use locally sourced ingredients. Soon, the site will also include a listing of local CSA programs.

I welcome your feedback, as well as suggestions for restaurants and other food-related businesses that I may have inadvertently left off the list. Hope you find this to be a useful resource!
