I found a really inexpensive deal for starting a potential cash cow concept. I had one investor/partner. That fell apart. We are at the point of making a decision really soon on the entire project. We have three others recently join the ring of interest. It is more of a stepping stone that will bring enough profits to open more concepts. The current plan is to get it up and running with all internal systems and Chef/Manager in place.
The location is in Plano on 34. It is not the most delightful corner however I see potential. I have been working with the landlord and putting together the deal over the past few months.
Concept: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Drive Thru/Walkup Stand.
6-8 main menu items changing throughout the year. Not your typical Hot Dog and Italian Beef Stand.

85%-90% made from scratch ingredients, custom seasonings and sauces to deliver a signature flavor throughout all menu items. Forward thinking Ice Cream and Coffee. Ecletic Non-Alcoholic beverages like sparkling flavored teas and more. Fire roasted steak and pork sandwiches.
Quick breakfast items that are easy to eat while you drive.

Kinda like a modern day street food truck at a fixed look location with great parking and easy in and out.

I am also interested in your feedback and thoughts towards the idea? Sometimes ones mind can be clouded and you need other peoples views.

I don't really understand the offer.

On a side note, though....Matt, did you work at Tru, briefly, during the opening?
