SMOQUE BBQ is currently looking for KITCHEN STAFF to join our team.

This is a general kitchen position and would be responsible for assembly of customer orders. Prior kitchen or cooking experience is not required as we are willing to train someone with a strong work ethic and customer service background.

Summary of Position

•Reports directly to the Line Supervisor
•Hours will range from 30-40/wk based on performance and dependability
•Must be available to be scheduled between the hours of 11am-11pm Tuesday through Sunday
•This is an open Kitchen so professionalism and customer interaction are requirements
Responsible for food assembly functions including;

•Correctly and accurately plating customer orders by reading tickets
•Ensure food quality is up to standards
•Sanitation practices and cleanliness of kitchen
•Timely and accurate assembly of customer orders
•Ensuring customer satisfaction
•Other misc. tasks as assigned by the Line Supervisor
Qualifications

•Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
•Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
•Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
•Must speak fluent English
•Must be dependable
