    Post from Craigslist. New place opened up 2-3 weeks back. Have not tired the BBQ yet waiting till they get dialed in a bit. Anyone looking for a Pit Boss/head cook job?

    Now hiring "smokin" servers & bartenders in Crestwood, IL. Servers must be over 18 years of age and bartenders must be over 21 year old.     I just ate there the other day. Ribs were better than I expected, smoked, not drowned in sauce. The bartender seemed a little surprised when I asked for the ribs dry with sauce on the side. The coleslaw was boring but I liked the greens

    Cool man...first taste sounds decent. I know what you mean about the "sauce on the side look" :shock:

    I also confirmed that they don't soak their pulled pork in sauce. I like my pulled pork sandwiches with creamy coleslaw or raw onions and pickles with very little sauce. They have a vinegar and pepper sauce that I want to try.
