I am a part of Mathieu's team here. We're participating in a startup weekend here in Chicago - SPARK Chicago: http://www.sparkchi.com and our idea is food/dining centric, and inspired by the incredible food-loving community here at LTH.

We would love any feedback possible. Here is a super quick survey (literally just a couple minutes!) we'd love you guys to take:

Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated - we really need responses as soon as possible since we are pitching our ideas to judges tomorrow afternoon!

So - we made it to the final round! 3 teams made it out of 12, so I'm really proud and excited for what we have accomplished.

We've changed the name to DuckDuckDish, but we're still a social tasting events platform to bring restaurants and food-lovers together.

Restaurants provide a curated menu to give customers a comprehensive introduction to the best a restaurant has to offer. Diners get to taste a wider variety of foods and meet other fun foodies.

Please follow us on Twitter @DuckDuckDish and like us on Facebook to help us win $125k in prizes/services to start our business when we pitch on Wednesday at 5 pm at Merchandise Mart! You are all welcome to come watch the pitches - entry is free.

Our website is: http://www.duckduckdish.com/ and our platform will be up this afternoon. Our first tasting event will be tomorrow night at Frontier and we have other great events in the works. Our developers are working hard, and we are planning great features in the near future that will allow diners to easily review individual dishes and better catalogue and share their dining experiences with friends.

My whole team would really appreciate any help we can get! It would mean the world to me and I hope LTHers find value in our concept.

DuckDuckDish is looking to host a blog contest on a few Chicago food blogs to give away a pair of tickets to one of our upcoming tastings. I know there are quite a few LTHers who write food blogs, so I thought I'd reach out here.

All contestants would have to do to enter is sign up for our email list at www.duckduckdish.com and for an extra entry, they can "like" us on Facebook (www.facebook.com/duckduckdish) and comment on our wall with a restaurant they'd love to go to a special tasting at.

Please post here or email me at duckduckdish@gmail.com if you would be interested in hosting a contest like this for us! And feel free to call if you have any questions. And please also follow us on Twitter @DuckDuckDish.

    Best,
    The DuckDuckDish Team
