As NPR rolled this morning's installment of
"This I Believe", I heard this sentence among the affirmations: "I believe in barbecue."
Out of curiosity, I checked online, and found the source installment from the series, from Memorial Day 2006. I thought at least a few LTH'ers would be interested...
