Does anyone know, without revealing what happened in this past Wednesday's Top Chef, if NBC's part from Itunes took effect this week? The newest episode is not yet available for downloading on the Itunes site (I realize the site is sometimes slow, but this is sort of ridiculous.)
    Thanks,

I don't know the answer to your question, but you can buy it from Amazon's Unbox. Click here for more.

Actually, it was a premature thank you. It seems that Mac users are screwed again (anyone have Netflix and as frustrated as I am about the no "watch now" option?), as you need a PC for the viewing of the Amazon Top Chefs.
I think Itunes may have already pulled the plug on the Top Chef this season.
Anyone know where else to get the latest episode, viewable on a Mac?

[rant] Off topic, and can't help you, but you've tapped into a pet peeve of mine. If I'm not mistaken, "PC" has long been shorthand for "personal computer." I think the various Macs in the office here all qualify as "personal computers."

I don't understand why so often sites use PC when they really mean "computers with operating systems that further enrich Bill Gates."

Not that Steve Jobs is going to show up at the homeless center any time soon ...

My episode from iTunes downloaded late last night. Previously it had been promptly every Thursday morning.

Sorry about that, Parker. I'm actually a Mac user as well, but I use the Amazon Unbox through my TiVo.

    Yeah, it sucks.
I think the season subscribers from Itunes are getting it downloaded, but for some reason it's not showing up on the individual downloads.
Will someone at Apple please go ahead and take my goddamn $1.99 already?

PC is shorthand for IBM PC, which is shorthand for the IBM Personal Computer, introduced in 1980. PC is now a term used to describe computers built on the Intel 808xx architecture using a specific type of I/O bus.

[joke]Macs qualify as PCs with training wheels.[/joke]

But the training wheels are really cool and cost more than
    plain old generic training wheels....
