You may or may not know about Wikepedia, the all-volunteer, open contribution online encyclopedia. It has its faults, but one great feature is that anyone -- and I mean ANYONE -- can edit any article in the encyclopedia. The theory is that eventually this will have a corrective effect, resulting in a hyper-accurate encyclopedia with a huge scope of coverage, as well. I don't know whether that theory makes sense (e.g., see this dissenting voice: Dissenting View on Wikepedia). Anyway, here's a link to the Wikepedia post on "Pizza." Not sure why, but somehow I thought some of the folks who post here may have an interest in making their voices immortal on this topic .... Wikipedia on Pizza. FUN BONUS GAME: Find and delete (and report here) the "Easter Egg" I buried in this article!

" JimInLoganSquare first ate Hawaiian pizza in 1978 in Saginaw, Michigan. It came from a Little Caesar's."

    deleted.

note: i cheated and viewed the history to see the most recent changes.

I guess "immortal" is something of an overstatement.
