    True, however I think giving the Red Eye credit for being part of the "main stream media" is rather generous. :)

    Hi,

    If it is like my experience with some pop culture things I don't pay attention to. Some will read that cover, then delightfully discover bacon coming at them in all directions, tastes and forms. It was there all the time, though now they really see it. While for us 2% types, it is old hat. For 80% of the population, it will be new information.

    I did see a sidebar in the Chicago Tribune's Tempo section within the last two weeks, where they commented on the Mother in Law. Now that is certainly attributable to Rene G and LTHforum. I cannot imagine it popping up five years ago.
