RIP to a truly funny man and an avid lover of food.

Not really anyone coming along who is as funny as he was -- and no one else who could pass as Paul Prudhomme's twin.

He could be funny without even speaking. And as for the food -- I still value a recipe for bacon and mushroom paté that he published decades ago.

    Sorry to lose him.

Loved him in Fatso, which was oddly funny in its own food-obsessed way. He'll be missed.

Man, and I really enjoyed his delicious take on Cajun cuisine.
