High End Wedding Catering Suggestions

We are holding our wedding at A New Leaf in Sep 2010. We are looking for catering companies that provide higher end cuisine (as opposed to the traditional chicken and fish wedding fare). We have already been in contact with Bon-Soiree if that gives any indication as to the quality that we are looking for. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I still have the occasional dream about a tomato consommé she served one sunny summer day at a tomato themed luncheon.
