This is not quite so odd a question as it may seem at first. In it, Jeffrey Steingarten introduced the world to a new Iowa prosciutto maker called La Quercia. Which will be the subject of the next Sky Full of Bacon.

If you have it, could you scan Steingarten's article in color (300 dpi would be good) and email it to me (mikegebert at gmail dot com)? You will be blessed with a thank you credit at the end of the podcast.
Watch Sky Full of Bacon, the Chicago food HD podcast!
New episode: Soil, Corn, Cows and Cheese

I don't have it, but if you're looking for the text I believe it's in one of the Steingarten books. Also, if you really want it for something like that you can usually e-mail the publisher and they'll send you a copy for free. I know I e-mailed Gourmet for a copy of the Moto cover from a few years ago as my wife and I got engaged at Moto and they just sent me one gratis.
is making all his reservations under the name Steve Plotnicki from now on.

Thanks, I found an online source for the text, but I'd like to show the original article if possible.
