    Interesting article in Sun-Times. Investigation did not inlcude Chicago, but if Bice did it in one city, one certainly has to wonder about the rest of their operations.

    Diannie, thanks for posting that story. I knew there was another recent article about this. (Not sure why the Sun-Times feels the need to report on the exact same issue again, as if the first article didn't exist.)

    The older story was a real Sun-Times story while the one the the web site today is just some wire service copy. Newspapers use a lot of wire service filler. Fish fraud has been a recurring theme which will not go away until there is real enforcement. The rewards outweigh the risks for dishonorable food purveyors. Newspaper publicity every few months would add to the risk even if government agencies are not too interested in enforcing laws against fraud.
